CYO musicians learn how to play original, contemporary music in the real world, through collaboration with the professional artists who created it. This is done from the ground up in collaboration with the composers.
These young musicians are unique people, displaying an energy, excitement and commitment that elevate everyone who comes in contact with it. These are the young musicians who want a different experience from their music and their interaction with it. Something alive! An experience beyond Mozart and Beethoven. That’s why the concerts are so exciting and so much fun.
